Gina Bluso-Bishop is the Founder and Principal of NPS Global Systems, Inc. Since starting her career in the electronic payments industry in 2004, two constants have remained true for Gina--the belief things must be done right the first time and that relationships & service build loyalty.
Gina develops and implements comprehensive internal and external strategies to increase profits for merchants. Through industry education and training, she saves merchants money and saves them from a world of high costs, bad service and long hold times.
An experienced industry professional having a successful proprietary integration with Microsoft Business Central through Basileia Consulting, Gina brings together the power of technology and human connection. She enjoys playing golf, traveling and spending time with her family, including her grown twin sons and daughter.

Mary Iacobucci has been Director of Sales for NPS Global Systems, Inc. since 2017. Mary brings expertise in finance and client relationships.
As a former Director of Finance and merchant working at John Roberts Spa team/The DiJulius Group in Cleveland, Ohio, Mary was integral in creating the company's “Customer Service Revolution” movement.
Mary has a keen understanding of the merchant services industry from the perspectives of both provider and merchant, and speaks the language of CFOs.
In her spare time, Mary enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, all things Cleveland sports-related and boxing. She is also a connoisseur of Italian food. Mary resides with her husband in Mayfield, Ohio, and has two grown children.

Jeanette Turk joined NPS Global Systems in 2017 as Merchant and Communications Manager. Jeanette has 26 years’ experience in the service industry bringing with her extensive interpersonal and relationship savvy.
In her multifaceted role, Jeanette serves as office manager, merchant liaison, internal sales manager and supervisor of day-to-day operations.
In her leisure time, Jeanette is often in her kitchen cooking up a storm. She’s an avid Cleveland sports fan, as well as a wine aficionado. Jeanette lives in Mayfield, Ohio, and enjoys spending time with her husband, Chuck, and two grown children.

Greg Kramer joined the Business Development team at NPS Global in 2017 and manages the Chicago office.
A former small business owner himself, Greg knows how a strong working relationship with a credit card processor brings value to an organization. His 30-year track record of providing excellent service is based on listening to customers, assessing their needs and delivering timely, targeted solutions.
In his free time Greg enjoys, cooking, travel, bicycling along Lake Michigan and volunteering for non-profits that serve at-risk youth.
