MERCHANT SOFTWARE AND GATEWAY TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Support outside of these hours are handled by Dallas and their Escalations Team.
The Software and Gateway Technical Support is available for merchants with technical questions and/or needing technical assistance. Whenever a Software and Gateway Technician assist a merchant, a note is entered into the Nationwide Payments system and an email is generated to the Sales Professional to keep them informed of what is going on with their merchants. This team is also responsible for assisting the deployment team with deploying all new and existing merchants.
